Our Sustainability Initiatives

Our sustainability approach is embedded across materials, manufacturing, and community impact. We use renewable natural fibers such as coco (coir), Palmyra, Arenga fibers, and animal hair, along with responsibly sourced FSC®-certified rubberwood from replanted or certified plantations. Where performance and durability are essential, we carefully incorporate recyclable synthetic fibers such as PP, PET, and PVC. Our ISO 9001–certified manufacturing processes focus on reducing material waste, reusing and recycling fiber offcuts, lowering energy consumption through efficient plant layout and low-energy machinery, and ensuring consistent quality through preventive maintenance. We design long-lasting brushes, with options for biodegradable or partially biodegradable products, to minimize frequent replacement. Sustainability also extends to recyclable or biodegradable packaging, reduced plastic use, and optimized bulk and export packing. Beyond our operations, we support local farmers and fiber suppliers, maintain fair and safe working conditions, and invest in skills development and employment opportunities for local communities.
